Shipping method and delivery time
For shipments in metropolitan France, your order will be sent by post via Chrono Express with tracking. For the others, your order will be shipped via Chrono Express.
When the products are in stock, it takes 3 working days to process and prepare the order, then 2 to 5 days on average for delivery (depending on the destination country).
We do our best to deliver to you as soon as possible in order to bring you the best satisfaction.
The delivery times that we give above as an indication get along from the good end of the order payment.
Delivery costs depend on the weight of the package and the country of destination. They are calculated at the time of your order. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package and its destination. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Once your order has been dispatched to the carrier, you will be able to follow its delivery via the tracking link that you will receive by email. This will include the tracking number for your parcel by Chronopost/Colissimo and the link to follow its delivery step by step. Despite our best efforts, some packages may arrive late. If this happens, don't worry: your package is certainly not very far, just a little more patience! If the delay is more than a week, you can contact our customer service to ensure its location.
When placing your order, you have the option of indicating a delivery address different from that given for invoicing. You are fully responsible for the quality and accuracy of the delivery address given when placing your order. In the event of an error or inaccuracy, Fludia declines all responsibility; if the package is lost, is delivered late, or is returned to the sender, you will not be compensated and will have to bear all the costs incurred by this wrong address.
